Klaidas Bliuvas

I've spent six years in pharma and biotech, first in sales at Sartorius and for the last four years as a consultant at Devote Consulting in Copenhagen, working on programme management, transformation and change.

My biggest project was helping a global pharma set up its own early-phase clinical research unit. As project manager and lead business analyst, I handled vendor selection, stakeholder alignment across clinical, quality and IT, and the unit's operating processes. The systems passed audit, and the unit still runs on them.

At the same company, I put together the story of how their R&D works end to end, for the people building its technology, and presented it to executives up to CVP level in India, the US and Europe.

Lately I've been programme manager and change lead at a biotech, including a programme I took over while it was already underway, working in an Agile/SAFe setup. Two smaller biotechs I worked with kept coming back for more projects.

I'm looking for programme manager, project manager, delivery manager or strategy roles on the business side, in pharma or outside it. Based in Copenhagen, open to remote work or relocating.
