What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build a career in Human Resources within a multinational organization, where I can contribute analytical thinking, communication, and people management to business success.

At Almanaar Islamic Store, I assisted with recruitment by reviewing applications, communicating with candidates, coordinating interviews, and shortlisting applicants against job requirements. I also supported onboarding and maintained employee records.

I handled customer enquiries and payments in a multicultural retail environment, while supporting day-to-day operations and documentation.

For my bachelor's research project, I designed and conducted an employee satisfaction survey, then analyzed quantitative and qualitative feedback using SPSS and Microsoft Excel. I identified work environment, compensation, leadership, and management practices as key contributors to satisfaction.

I'm currently pursuing an MSc in Data Analytics & Design Thinking for Business at East Delta University. I bring an academic foundation in Human Resource Management and experience in administration, customer service, and operational support.
