At Fidelity Investments, I support end-to-end Defined Contribution retirement plan administration, processing plan transactions, calculations, amendments, and related requirements accurately and on time.

I partner with plan sponsors, advisors, HR leaders, and participants to resolve complex issues. I also develop project plans, track deadlines, coordinate teams, and prepare client-facing reports and documentation.

Previously at Silk Title Co., I coordinated post-closing workflows, verified compliance records, completed quality-control reviews in Resware, and managed shared inboxes. My earlier Dollar Tree roles strengthened my experience in scheduling, reporting, documentation, cash and inventory records, onboarding, and daily operational support.

I'm comfortable handling sensitive documentation, competing priorities, and time-sensitive work while maintaining clear communication and organized records.
