Kaylie Griffin

I supported pediatric research programs at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia by preparing, tracking, revising, and delivering project materials for internal stakeholders.

I work closely with researchers, clinicians, and communications teams to gather accurate information, review scientific and medical content, and translate complex research into clear documents. I bring strong attention to detail, deadline management, and organized project coordination.

As captain of Saint Joseph’s University’s Division I women’s basketball team, I balanced a full academic schedule with approximately 20 hours per week of athletic responsibilities while leading communication, accountability, scheduling, and conflict resolution. I was honored with SJU’s Roosevelt Hunter Community Service Award for leadership and service impact.

I also founded and coordinate the Big 5 Women’s Essentials Drive, managing timelines, task trackers, stakeholder follow-up, approvals, logistics, and communications across six Division I universities and nonprofit partners.
