What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a pediatric-focused team where I can deliver calm, evidence-based telephone triage, prioritize risk accurately, and support safe dispositions—while contributing to workflow improvements and training.

I’m an experienced Pediatric Registered Nurse with 3+ years in high-volume telephone triage, including after-hours call management for a multi-provider pediatric network. I independently assess symptoms using clinical judgment and standardized protocols to guide families toward the appropriate level of care.

In my current role, I prioritize patient needs, reduce unnecessary ED utilization, and ensure safe, appropriate care disposition through clear, evidence-based guidance and timely escalation for high-risk symptoms. I document triage encounters in the EMR in real-time, collaborate with providers for continuity of care, and support training and workflow improvements.
