I am a compassionate, dedicated Home Health Aide with focused experience caring for patients with vascular dementia, ischemic stroke, and chronic conditions. I combine ongoing education with hands-on patient support to promote independence, safety, and well-being.

In my role as a Patient Care Advocate and Home Health Aide at Vertical Home Health Care, I provide personalized ADL assistance, medication reminders, and mobility support while using durable medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts, wheelchairs, and hospital beds.

Previously self-employed as a family caregiver, I gained extensive practical experience in ischemic stroke care, diabetes management, cardiac care, wound care, nephrology, and dementia care, and I advocated for family members in medical settings.

I hold a Home Health Aide certification, Standard CPR/AED certification, and pursue ongoing dementia and professional development training to continually improve care quality and patient outcomes.
