What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine customer-focused sales or support with the ability to guide and teach—using strong communication, organization, and leadership to help people feel supported and successful.

I’m a customer-focused Sales Agent who meets with clients to discuss the deals available for them, bringing clear communication and a consultative mindset. I also bring hands-on classroom experience from roles including Preschool Teacher Assistant and Preschool Teacher, where I planned age-appropriate lessons, supervised children, and maintained a safe, nurturing environment.

Across childcare and customer service, I’ve strengthened my ability to connect with people, organize daily routines, and support both learning and client needs. I’ve communicated progress with parents, supported developmental activities, and applied customer support practices such as phone and email support, order processing, and returns handling—improving customer support response time by more than 30% in my customer support work.
