At Kochasoft, I support five global enterprise clients across SAP ECC and S/4HANA landscapes, including systems hosted on Microsoft Azure. I manage production transport movement, kernel upgrades, Oracle bundle patches, support packs, and HANA database upgrades to maintain stable, supported systems.
I handle system refreshes, client copies and deletions, SAP profile parameters, license renewals, and Oracle tablespace extensions using BRTOOLS. I also monitor HANA backups, memory, CPU utilization, OOM dumps, and expensive SQL statements to help keep systems performing reliably.
I configure managed systems in SAP Solution Manager, implement OSS Notes and security remediation, and monitor daily system health through tools including SM50, SM66, ST22, SM21, and SM37. I work closely with SAP Security, Linux, and functional teams to resolve incidents with minimal business disruption.
I started at Kochasoft as an SAP Basis Trainee and IT Associate, where I completed SAP Cloud Platform training, triaged tickets, tested the company LMS, and created training modules that reduced trainer involvement by 60%.
