I've tested web, API, and enterprise applications for global clients including Steve Madden, Brandix, and Rocky Brands at Fortude. I build Java, Selenium, and TestNG automation, shape test strategy, and integrate reliable test feedback into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

On several projects, I've increased automated coverage from 40% to 100% and reduced a 450-hour regression cycle to about 15 hours. I validate backend data with SQL, test REST and GraphQL services with Postman, and investigate defects through to root cause.

For Steve Madden, I delivered automation and CI/CD support across Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain. For Brandix Rapid, I expanded automated coverage and SQL validation across Manufacturing, Procurement, and Inventory; for Rocky Brands, I tested an Avalara Tax REST integration and worked with engineers on production defects.

I'm ISTQB Foundation certified and have mentored junior testers in Agile teams. My MSc in Artificial Intelligence and Human Factors, earned with Distinction, strengthened my rigorous, oversight-driven approach to validation.
