Co-founded a volunteer-led community initiative, optimizing local processes through stakeholder consultation and partnerships. Led community operations and execution through collaboration with NGOs and Gram Panchayats in a village cluster in Himachal Pradesh.

Mentored aspirants for Defence/Civil Services, using commissioned officer experience to guide personality development and interview preparation. Built a Discord-based online study library and leveraged AI-augmented research tools and LLMs for documentation and research.

Led depot supervision and end-to-end logistics for 20,000+ personnel, serving as officer-in-charge of a facility holding up to 1,800 tonnes of rations plus petrol pumps and cold-storage assets. Managed 13 concurrent commercial contracts worth ₹36 Crores, oversaw risk and compliance for public funds, and implemented cybersecurity and ICT reforms to improve reporting transparency.

Procured and deployed satellite-based vehicle tracking systems (IRNSS/NAVIC) to improve convoy safety, geolocation security, and real-time operational visibility. Designed and delivered high-altitude driver training modules to reduce operational risk, and handled special logistics duties including planning a resilient fuel logistics proposal for hilly terrain.

Conducted a site security audit, reviewing perimeter security, access control, and CCTV coverage to identify and close vulnerabilities. Assessed fire safety arrangements, designed emergency drills and awareness sessions, and built the site’s first formal SOP and operational governance frameworks.

Operationalised a 300-bed medical screening and quarantine facility for arrivals via Leh airport, reporting for a key containment zone to CEO LAHDC and GOC Leh Sub Area. Authored SOPs for intake, hygiene, and discharge, and coordinated medical and general-duty personnel to sustain high-volume throughput with evolving guidance.

Led an 8-person team through 148 days at extreme altitude under active operations in an internationally disputed zone, including survival of an avalanche that severed supply routes. Maintained equipment readiness, executed emergency planning and safety drills, and ensured all-round security through patrolling and constant surveillance while supporting team well-being during complete network isolat
