At Bell Helicopter Textron, I author and maintain technical documentation for the Bell 412, including Illustrated Parts Catalogues, Maintenance Manuals, and Component Repair/Overhaul documentation. I use Arbortext, Adobe FrameMaker, and XML to develop and update technical content.
I contributed to the RNOAF project, which supported more than 300 DMCs, and received an Appreciation Award for completing the project. I’m also working on the 412 Stand Alone Project, drawing on my Aircraft Maintenance Engineering background and aviation maintenance knowledge.
