I’m a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator and Billing professional with 21 years of dental experience, combining treatment coordination with responsible, accurate billing workflows. I’m energized by prioritizing multiple tasks and delivering high-quality results with little supervision.

I’ve spent 21 years in dental billing, handling both electronic and paper billing submission. I’m experienced in insurance verification, maintaining insurance A/R, submitting claims, and sending appeals and narratives to insurance companies to resolve outstanding balances.

In addition to billing, I bring strong patient-facing skills—operating multi-line phones, addressing billing questions, and supporting collections. I also have 4 years of dental/medical cross coding experience, and I’ve reconciled deposits and day sheets, posted payments from insurance companies and patients, and followed up on claims.

Most recently, I’ve worked on commercial and managed care dental claims and supported FQHC and school-based billing, while assisting staff with billing questions. I also enjoy discussing financials with patients and stepping in to support patient coordinator and treatment coordinator responsibilities when needed.
