I’m a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator and Billing professional with 21 years of dental experience, combining treatment coordination with responsible, accurate billing workflows. I’m energized by prioritizing multiple tasks and delivering high-quality results with little supervision.
I’ve spent 21 years in dental billing, handling both electronic and paper billing submission. I’m experienced in insurance verification, maintaining insurance A/R, submitting claims, and sending appeals and narratives to insurance companies to resolve outstanding balances.
