Katherine Geller

I’m an administrative assistant with a Bachelor of Social Sciences (2017-2021) and hands-on experience supporting venue clients and internal teams. At the Prince George Ballroom, I provided clients with venue information, answered phone calls, relayed messages to the Director of Events, and hosted tours for prospective clients.

I’m also incredibly detail-driven. When working with data and company systems, I transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems, input and update information in relevant databases, and organize event files digitally and physically. In customer-facing roles like Elite Graphix, I supported requests end-to-end through email, phone calls, and SMS, scheduled meetings and maintained call logs, and provided technological assistance—plus contributed to graphic design for stickers, shirts, business and birthday cards.
