I also prepare discovery requests and disclosures, organize medical and billing records, and manage e-filings, service of process, and deadlines through SmartAdvocate. I communicate with clients in English and Spanish and provide interpretation during attorney-client litigation calls.
In my independent legal practice in Colombia, I draft and review civil contracts, lease agreements, legal submissions, and administrative claims, and advise clients on civil and administrative matters. Earlier, I taught Civil, Commercial, and Contract Law at Corporación Universitaria del Caribe - CECAR / CORPOSUCRE.
