I'm leading product for Aivium Digital at IndieForge, a marketing intelligence platform for game studios and PR agencies built from Output Lag. I own the vision, roadmap, backlog, discovery, and MVP scope as the product moves toward a beta targeted for the end of 2026.

I use research to challenge assumptions before they become roadmap commitments. At Aivium, I found that developers avoided marketing tools because of identity resistance rather than complexity, redirecting onboarding, information architecture, and product copy; I also narrowed more than 80 candidate features to a two-feature MVP and reopened scope when a data source changed the product's unit economics.

At Westfall Gold, I built the case for an organization-wide Framer migration that cut first-draft time roughly in half across 60+ projects. I also shipped end-to-end fundraising registration experiences and helped a client reach 100% of its registration goal within a month.

I've led designers through agile MVP delivery, run large-scale faculty research for Full Sail University's Atlas CMS, co-founded digital publications and a marketing collective, and prototype flows in HTML when testing an idea is cheaper than engineering it.
