I’m a Director of M&A with a track record building finance and accounting infrastructure from the ground up for a PE-backed healthcare managed services organization. From inception, I partnered directly with the CFO to scale the business from 4 to 16 locations and ~$150M in revenue while centralizing accounting, reporting, consolidation, and month-end close.
Before moving into deal and integration leadership, I began my career in public accounting at a Top 15 firm, auditing hospitality and hotel clients and developing deep operational grounding. Most recently, I owned purchase accounting (ASC 805) and led post-close integration of acquired practices and a de novo location—driving ERP migration, chart of accounts alignment, internal controls, ASC 842 lease accounting adoption, and day-to-day reporting for compliant, financially optimized outcomes.
