Data Analyst Intern at Parul University who analyzed 10,000+ consumer transaction records and reduced reporting discrepancies by 30%.

What I'm looking for

I’m looking to apply consumer marketing analytics and consumer data insights to acquisition strategy, consumer engagement, and cardmember marketing initiatives within American Express’s Membership Science and Optimization team.

At Parul University, I analyzed 10,000+ consumer transaction records to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies supporting consumer marketing decisions and revenue reporting. I also ran SQL queries for acquisition and engagement reporting.

I monitored data pipelines and resolved inconsistencies across 5+ reporting pipelines, reducing the estimated discrepancy rate by 30%. I cleaned and validated transaction data and worked with product and operations teams on reporting about consumer behavior and purchase funnels.

For my MCA project at Kurukshetra University, I analyzed simulated purchase behavior with Python, Pandas, NumPy, and SQL. I created Excel dashboards to present marketing ROI and consumer engagement insights.
