For my Product & Customer Analytics project, I analyzed more than 1 million UK online retail transactions to identify revenue drivers across products, customers, and countries. I found that the top five countries generated 93.5% of total revenue.
I cleaned and preprocessed the data, including handling missing customer IDs, duplicates, and cancelled orders. I also used IQR-based outlier treatment to isolate valid sales from returns.
I wrote MySQL queries with CTEs and window functions to calculate metrics such as average order value, return rate, and month-over-month growth. I built a five-page Power BI dashboard tracking seven core KPIs and customer segments.
During my Python Data Analysis Internship with District Administration, Bihar — Government Project, I cleaned administrative datasets and performed exploratory data analysis and descriptive statistics. I created charts and visual summaries and supported reporting by translating raw data into actionable findings.
