What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an administrative, customer support, or IT support role where I can coordinate operations, help people solve day-to-day issues, build my technical skills, and contribute to a responsive, organized team.

At CBL Coaching for Better Learning, I coordinate client communications, scheduling, meeting logistics, records, and digital-resource access for adult learners and program staff.

I've supported high-volume customer service at Black Acres Roastery, handling POS operations, resolving issues, troubleshooting daily operational problems, and training new employees. I also support American Cancer Society community events through participant coordination, digital filing, and event logistics.

I'm building my technical foundation through CodePath web development coursework and personal projects using HTML, CSS, and GitHub, alongside online Electrical Engineering studies at North Dakota State University.
