What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a corporate, receptionist/front-desk, or customer service position where reliability and strong interpersonal skills can add value.

In telecom chat sales, I handled customer inquiries and sales requests through live chat, sharing product and service information in English and Urdu. I converted customer inquiries into successful sales and consistently achieved assigned sales targets.

In a separate telecom customer support and data entry role, I resolved service-related queries through live chat. I managed multiple conversations while maintaining accuracy.

I also maintained detailed records of customer interactions and performed data entry. My work has included customer support, chat handling, and sales communication.

I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor of Media Science at Iqra University. I use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and email-handling tools.
