At MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital, I assess and triage patients with acute medical and trauma concerns, identify immediate care needs, and coordinate treatment with interdisciplinary teams. I also document assessments and interventions and administer care according to evidence-based protocols.
Across emergency department roles at Calvert Health Medical Center, Lehigh Valley Dickson City, and other hospitals, I’ve provided emergency and trauma care, supported stabilization, and helped coordinate patient flow. As a charge nurse, I supported staff clinical decision-making during high-acuity situations.
At University of Maryland Shore Regional Health, I conducted forensic examinations and evidence collection for patients experiencing violence or assault while maintaining advocacy and confidentiality. I also teach CPR and Basic Life Support at Delmarva Emergency Training Concepts and am pursuing an MSN in Nursing Education at Columbia Southern University.
