At WESTAT, I architect and develop React 18 applications for the National Cancer Institute’s Cancer Trials Support Unit, supporting nationwide oncology clinical-trial operations. I’ve built workflow modules for enrollment, eligibility, slot reservation, funding, and patient management.
I design reusable UI components and state-management patterns for complex enterprise workflows. My work includes integrating REST APIs and improving performance across data-heavy screens.
I also build backend services and APIs with Node.js, C#/.NET, and Python, and develop Playwright tests for critical user journeys. I support accessibility testing and remediation, including Section 508 work.
Earlier, I developed .NET applications at CHEVRON, MEIJER, and HUMANA for business-critical workflows in enterprise, retail, and healthcare settings. I hold a PMP certification and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and Solutions Architect – Associate certifications.
