At Movaia, I rebuilt the gait-analysis engine after contractors had abandoned it, improving accuracy by 20% on a 1,000-analysis validation set and expanding metric coverage from 9 to 30. I moved inference to CUDA/GPU and helped turn video reviews that took a day per report into a four-minute pipeline.
As CTO, I designed and built most of a shared pose-estimation platform now used by four products and seven live services. I also built the consumer platform end to end, introduced database-per-tenant isolation for B2B products, and moved conversion from 2.9% to 6.1% in a quarter without changing prices or adding features.
