I built employee, attendance, and policy management systems with workflows for approvals, reporting, compliance tracking, document uploads, e-signatures, and automated reminders. I also replaced an error-prone Excel content process with a structured CRUD publishing workflow and shipped leadership dashboards with API integrations and dynamic filtering.
Previously at Aress Software and Education Technologies, I rebuilt a diagnostic results dashboard into a modular React and Storybook codebase with 80%+ unit test coverage, built a secure Lab & Doctor Portal, and created a reusable UI library adopted across teams. I was recognized as Best Performer within six months and mentored junior developers while serving as a client contact.
At Persistent Systems, I restored an Angular and .NET application by resolving dependency issues, then implemented JWT authentication, role-based access control, and Active Directory integration. I enjoy owning practical frontend systems that make complex internal workflows easier to run.
