I’m a Senior Software Engineer working on a FHIR-native platform for compliant archival of legacy EHR data. I collaborate on distributed system architecture for big-data OLAP, data lake, and ETL pipelines using Apache Iceberg over MinIO (S3) and StarRocks, while driving archival of 1+ PB across 50+ legacy system migrations.
I optimize reliability and performance end-to-end—eliminating 32 GB pod OOM in PDF exports with a chunked two-pass Typst pipeline in Rust (cutting peak memory ~75% and render time ~83%), scaling workloads with KEDA-driven Kubernetes ScaledJob, and engineering a Redis Streams queue with consumer groups and a reaper/DLQ mechanism. Previously, I scaled LotusPay NACH mandate registration to >5M mandates, migrated a Ruby on Rails monolith to Rust microservices, led a Smart-Convert team of 5 engineers, and built fault-tolerant async job processing plus secure MFA workflows.
