What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a challenging Technical Lead role to drive value creation and foster continuous improvement—leveraging Java Backend & Full Stack expertise, leading cross-functional delivery, and staying accountable for SLA/TAT, quality, and engineering mentorship.

I’m a “Technical Architect/ Lead” with “14+ years IT professional” specialized in Java Backend & Full Stack Development. I’ve built and evolved solutions using Java 8, Spring Boot, Microservices, and strong OOP/design fundamentals (SOLID, GOF), with Angular-based front ends.

Since April 2024, I’ve worked as a Technical Architect at Intellect Design Arena, playing a key role in “development, analysis of architectural design improvement and team handling.” I lead collaborative efforts across cross-functional teams while actively managing “SLA/TAT commitments” and driving continuous improvement.

Previously, as a Technical Lead at Capgemini India and a Senior Java Developer at 3i-infotech, I delivered production-ready systems end-to-end—designing, unit testing, supporting UAT, and resolving complex issues. I’ve also led CI/CD and DevOps practices with Jenkins/GitLab/Docker/Ansible and integrated AWS and security/quality tooling (SonarQube, Nexus), and I’ve contributed to hiring, mentoring, and resource appraisal.
