Conducted market analysis, developed a framework comparing urban mobility infrastructure, and designed a rental-based financial model for micro-mobility solutions.

Led on-site operations and served as the primary company representative at Tata Hitachi, managing purchasing operations and ensuring timely procurement and OTIF delivery. Executed end-to-end Procure-to-Pay order handling for direct and indirect material procurement, coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Executed supplier tendering, negotiations, and procurement strategies via SAP SRM, assisting in supplier performance evaluations and collaborating with Supplier Quality teams. Maintained procurement documentation and ensured compliance with internal SOPs, optimizing procurement workflows.
