In my Blossomly Flower Catalogue App case study, I conducted user research, created detailed user personas and empathy maps, and mapped end-to-end user journeys—reducing redundant screens by 40% before entering the design phase. I designed mid-fidelity wireframes across 12 screens in Figma, facilitated moderated usability tests with 5 participants, and iterated on the navigation flow to reduce task-completion friction by 2 steps. I also developed a Python-integrated front-end interface for a Restaurant Management System, enabling real-time order status updates and billing generation with an intuitive operator interface focused on task efficiency and clear feedback states.
