I’m an aspiring business professional with a background in education, bringing 2+ years of experience managing classrooms, coordinating with stakeholders, and using data to drive outcomes. I’m especially drawn to roles where I can combine clear communication with operational discipline in fast-paced environments.

As an Educator at Siloam Springs School District, I coordinated daily classroom operations, schedules, and documentation for 25+ students. I used data from formative and summative assessments to adjust strategies and improve outcomes, and I maintained consistent communication with parents and colleagues through newsletters and conferences.

Before that, as an Education Project Intern at Butterfield Elementary, I increased student engagement through collaboration with mentor teachers and administrators, and developed and presented a student intervention case study while maintaining parent communication. I also bring service and workflow experience from working as a Waitress in high-volume settings, balancing speed and accuracy while keeping strong guest rapport.
