I've built a C# and ASP.NET Core web application for managing institutional correspondence, documents, requests, templates, and department-level access. I used Blazor/Razor Components, SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, Dapper, REST APIs, Hangfire, and role-based authentication.
I've also developed institutional intranet features with Microsoft SharePoint and implemented a Live Helper Chat chatbot and internal control tools. During my IT internship at the Municipality of Paraíso, I resolved Windows and LAN issues, configured IP addressing, supported Microsoft 365 users, and documented internal processes.
