What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead cGMP cell therapy manufacturing with strong quality ownership, cross-functional partnership, and servant-based leadership—driving tech transfers, robust documentation, and systems like MES/LIMS to deliver CAR-T/TIL/viral vector workflows efficiently.

I’m a passionate, science-driven manufacturing leader with more than ten years’ experience manufacturing in a cGMP environment, in both commercial and clinical settings. I excel at the details of functional operations, identifying cross-functional impacts, and providing servant-based leadership.

As a Sr. Manufacturing Manager, I lead and mentor a team of 10 and manage six external manufacturing processes. I design and update sitewide APS for all current cell therapy manufacturing processes, act as the manufacturing representative for implementation of MES/LIMS, and revise onboarding water run training modules to strengthen readiness and execution.

I support regulatory and quality-critical work by assisting in drafting pIND and IND supporting documentation (CMC) and annual reports. I participate in Site Initiation Visit meetings presenting manufacturing workflow, including Chain of Identity and Chain of Custody for CAR-T products, and I support audits for TIL, CAR-T, and Viral Vector while closing deviations and change controls with accelerated deadlines.

I also drive technology and operational transitions: I lead tech transfers from PD to GMP with short timelines by drafting risk assessments, MBRs and supporting documentation, creating new material specifications, and authoring equipment SOPs. In earlier roles, I transferred CAR-T processes from Process Development to GMP manufacturing to meet IND timelines, prepared ISO 7 cleanrooms for Operational Qualifications, and supported manufacturing and validation procedures to advance controlled manufacturing for human clinical studies.
