What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role in community support or content moderation where I can use communication, conflict resolution, and ethics to help build safe, respectful online spaces, support engagement, and continue growing in my social-work path.

I’m a dedicated, motivated person currently pursuing an Honours Degree in Social Work, and I bring strong strengths in communication, conflict resolution, ethics, and interpersonal skills. I’m passionate about digital communication, online community engagement, and creating safe, respectful, and positive online environments, especially when handling sensitive situations with professionalism.

I also manage an online business as an Owner/Manager self employed, where I’ve handled daily operations, promoted products through social media and online marketing platforms, and built a growing customer base through customer service and referrals. I’m highly organized and adaptable, and I’m eager to apply my problem-solving, time management, and computer literacy skills to moderation and community support work.
