What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead finance, treasury, controls, reporting, and ERP transformation in organizations where I can partner with senior management and Boards to improve performance, liquidity, compliance, and decision-making.

I lead the finance function at Egyptian Marketing Co. for Phosphate and Fertilizers, covering treasury, budgeting, reporting, accounting, billing, collections, and Board-level financial analysis. I also lead Odoo ERP implementation and finance process automation to strengthen controls and efficiency.

Previously, as CFO at Wealth & Resources Mining, I led accounting, reporting, internal controls, cash flow, budgeting, statutory audits, and regulatory filings. Across Kuwait Energy Egypt and Perenco, I managed cost recovery, joint venture accounting, cash calls, EGPC reconciliations, and actual-versus-budget analysis.

Over 22+ years, I've built finance capability across oil and gas, mining, marine services, and trading, using SAP and Odoo to support reliable reporting, working-capital management, and operational decision-making.
