At Octo for Trade, I built the finance and accounting function from scratch, establishing core processes and financial structures as the company grew.
I prepared IFRS-compliant financial statements and led the external audit process. I also developed the company’s first structured monthly reporting package and implemented budgeting and cash flow forecasting frameworks.
I partner directly with founders on strategic and operational decisions, and lead a finance team of three overseeing daily operations, invoicing, and revenue tracking.
Previously, as an FP&A Analyst at Anasia Group for Trade & Distribution, I worked on budgeting, variance analysis, financial models, and reporting. At Attijariwafa Bank Egypt, I managed corporate client relationships and conducted financial analysis and credit assessments.
