At Thales Egypt, I lead Finance Shared Services across MEA and KSA, covering accounting, treasury, budgeting, and controlling for multiple countries and legal entities.
I manage GL/R2R, AP/P2P, AR/O2C, close, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, tax, audits, compliance, cash flow, liquidity, and financial controls. I also drive ERP optimization across SAP and Oracle while using SLA and KPI reporting to improve service delivery.
Previously at Abbott Laboratories in Egypt and Kuwait, I led finance teams and shared-services operations, delivered financial statements and management reporting, and supported budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and finance transformation. I partnered with country teams, auditors, tax authorities, banks, and senior stakeholders to provide reliable financial insight for decisions.
My earlier work at Al-Kharafi Group and GIG built my grounding in group reporting, consolidated balance sheets, investment analysis, budgets, cash forecasting, reconciliations, and accounting operations across the Middle East and Africa.
