What I'm looking for
I’m a Financial Controller with over 18 years of experience across finance, accounting, and costing in manufacturing, retail, transportation, real estate, FMCG, and holding companies. I focus on turning financial planning into measurable performance—improving profitability while reducing costs.
In my current role, I lead finance, costing, and accounting operations end-to-end, including budgeting, treasury, AR/AP, and reporting. I built and implemented a complete financial structure integrated with SAP FICO, and I led the SAP FICO implementation across finance, costing, and controlling modules.
I bring strong cross-functional leadership—partnering with production, logistics, and commercial teams to align financial and costing systems with operational goals. I also oversee treasury operations and daily cash management, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and managing cash flow planning, banking relations, and capital allocation.
Earlier, as Group Chief Accountant & CFO Assistant, I designed and implemented accounting policies, led consolidation across multiple subsidiaries, and supported CFO in strategic planning. I managed VAT/Zakat compliance, liaised with external auditors for timely closures, and improved accounting efficiency through Oracle and PIMS ERP systems.
