I’m an accounting and billing professional who supports financial accuracy end-to-end—assisting with quarterly tax reporting, reconciliation, and documentation to keep submissions timely and compliant. I bring a careful, detail-first approach to reviewing transactions, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining integrity across tax and order records.

In my most recent Accounting Assistant role, I help prepare and file quarterly tax reports and returns, verify transactions in Taxjar to prevent duplicates and double-charged entries, and reconcile prior filed returns to support refunds or amendments. I also monitor Stripe and Shopify-related fulfillment and integration issues, coordinate with Sales to resolve gaps, and track Canada tax liabilities for ongoing compliance.

Earlier roles strengthened my foundation in billing, logistics coordination, and inventory control—delivering accurate receiving and inventory data in SAP, producing Profit and Loss reports, and supporting reconciliation with Accounts Receivable.
