What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead performance analytics and MI reporting, use AI responsibly to improve accuracy and speed, and partner with senior stakeholders to drive operational stability, resource allocation decisions, and measurable commercial outcomes.

I’m a Senior Data, Insights and Performance Analyst with over 7 years of experience and a PhD in Economics. I combine direct adult social care sector experience with strong commercial performance analytics to help stakeholders make better decisions.

I’m known for investigating performance movements, identifying root causes, and translating complex data into clear, commercially meaningful insight. I work across forecasting, scenario analysis, and process improvement, with full P&L accountability and cross-functional leadership driving proactive performance management.

Across my roles, I’ve reduced reporting turnaround time by over 70% by moving teams from manual, one-off data pulls to automated, scalable reporting frameworks. I’ve also improved data accuracy by designing and delivering structured training—solving the problem of “right actions, wrong recording” that was hiding positive outcomes in performance reporting.

I actively incorporate AI tools, including Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude, to accelerate query construction and automate repetitive analysis while improving accuracy and productivity.
