In my Human Resources Internship at The Raintree Hotel, I supported end-to-end hiring workflows—conducting candidate interviews and facilitating onboarding so new hires integrated smoothly. I also assisted with creating engaging presentations and designs for monthly reports and employee communications, while handling document scanning and printing to improve HR department efficiency.

Alongside HR exposure, I’ve built practical marketing execution experience as a Social Media Intern, managing posts and reels for clients across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. I contributed to thumbnail design, posting schedules, audio selection, comment automation, and analytics, and I’m continuing to grow through training in financial analysis and investment-related topics.
