At Tata Consultancy Services, I support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for Meko across Production, UAT, PreProd, and Test environments.
I manage releases, environment administration, integration monitoring, batch jobs, security configuration, and DevOps automation. I use LCS, Service Desk tooling, and FinOps Telemetry in Azure Data Explorer to track tickets, alerts, environment health, and performance.
I create practical SOPs and runbooks, including a 28-task PreProd-to-UAT post-database-refresh process and deployment procedures for TST, CSU Production, and UAT-to-CHE refreshes. I also troubleshoot database import failures, production batch-job issues, and deployment-path considerations across D365 F&O versions.
I support data migration, SIT/UAT testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and L2/L3 production support while working with Finance, Manufacturing, and Technical teams. I'm Microsoft Certified in Dynamics 365 Fundamentals for Finance & Operations.
