I'm looking for opportunities to apply data analytics to sustainability challenges, whether in ESG reporting, climate risk, responsible investment, or sustainable business strategy.

At Blackmont Consulting, I've analysed six stakeholder groups to identify skills gaps and development priorities, then recommended three ESG-linked strategies for inclusive hiring, workplace equity, and career progression. I also designed review frameworks to track engagement and retention.
