What I'm looking for

I'm looking to improve warehouse, transportation, or operations performance through analytics, automation, process improvement, and practical facility or workflow redesign.

At FedEx Express, I supported warehouse, transportation, and station operations across the GTA Metro District. I identified approximately $750K in annualized savings by auditing rental-vehicle utilization across 20 stations and supporting asset reallocation and termination decisions.

I built Power BI and Excel reporting for service failures, route performance, and SLA results for accounts including Apple and IKEA. I also automated a daily VBA route report and developed a station-to-trailer failure-tracking process to improve corrective-action visibility.

I'm an Industrial Engineering graduate who applies time studies, process mapping, root-cause analysis, and facility analysis to operational challenges. My projects include warehouse-layout optimization, production and inventory planning, and a workstation redesign that reduced assembly cycle time by three minutes per unit.
