I'm looking to build reliable, maintainable backend systems for data-heavy products, owning work from requirements and technical design through production delivery and operational support.

At Intensel, I built and operated Python backend services for a climate-risk SaaS platform used by enterprise customers across 10+ countries. I delivered FastAPI and Django APIs, PostgreSQL/PostGIS data layers, and AWS SQS and Dask workflows processing 50K+ geospatial jobs daily.

I reduced critical query paths across a 2.3B-record, 1.8 TB dataset from minutes to single-digit milliseconds through redesigned access paths, indexes, and caching. I also shipped Docker-based CI/CD and Kubernetes services on Amazon EKS, cutting deployment time by 60%, and built an LLM-powered geospatial query agent backed by DuckDB, PostgreSQL, and PostGIS.

I also used Rust with Tokio and Axum to build a microservice API and internal tools for high-throughput data transformation.
