What I'm looking for

I'm seeking IAM, IGA, or cloud identity security roles where I can build on Nokia NetGuard operations, Azure learning, and access governance experience, ideally within leading GCCs or consulting organisations.

At Airtel, I manage end-to-end identity and access operations across 40+ domains for enterprise clients using Nokia NetGuard IAM. I handle user lifecycle management, role administration, access approvals, node integrations, and audit documentation.

Previously at KocharTech, I provided L1 support for Wi-Fi infrastructure, resolving 100+ tickets weekly with a first-time resolution rate above 90%. I also delivered client training and created SOPs that streamlined troubleshooting workflows.

I'm building toward senior IAM, IGA, and cloud identity security roles through Azure AZ-104 study, planned SC-300 training, and foundational learning in SailPoint IdentityNow, Saviynt, Python, and PowerShell.
