What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role in a multidisciplinary limb salvage or wound care center where I can combine clinical surgery, research, and teaching to improve outcomes and advance care.

I am a board‑qualified podiatric surgeon with focused fellowship training in limb preservation, wound care, and diabetic lower extremity complications at the University of Michigan. I completed a comprehensive surgical residency in podiatric medicine and reconstructive rearfoot/ankle surgery and hold certifications in wound care and board diplomate status.

My clinical experience spans inpatient podiatry service management, vascular surgery, infectious disease, endocrinology, orthotics & prosthetics, physical medicine and rehabilitation, and peripheral nerve surgery. I have presented institutionally and nationally on topics such as diabetic foot infection severity, calciphylaxis, and complex wound management.

I have an active research portfolio with peer‑reviewed publications on calciphylaxis, vasopressor‑induced peripheral gangrene, surgical reconstruction for talar avascular necrosis, and machine learning for predicting in‑hospital amputation rates. I earned awards including First Place Research Abstract at the Great Lakes Conference and ADA Scholar recognition.

I seek to contribute to multidisciplinary teams focused on limb salvage, wound care innovation, and education, leveraging clinical acumen, research experience, and a commitment to quality improvement and teaching.
