At PONS Medical Diagnosis, I welcomed clients and visitors and responded to enquiries in person, by phone, and through WhatsApp. I also entered and organised customer and patient information.

I prepared and maintained monthly records, discount records, sales breakdowns, and supporting documentation. I used Microsoft Word and Excel for document preparation, data organisation, and basic reporting while supporting daily office activities.

In my self-directed digital business work, I created an e-book, set up an online seller account, and made simple promotional materials with Canva. I’m seeking entry-level opportunities in customer support, virtual assistance, administration, data entry, or operations support.
