What I'm looking for

I am seeking an entry-level actuarial or analytical role where I can apply actuarial modelling, data analysis and technical skills in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

I am an aspiring actuary with hands-on experience in risk analysis, data modelling and financial mathematics, complemented by ASSA exemptions and strong academic performance at the University of Pretoria. I have practical exposure to regression analysis on large datasets, actuarial modelling for medical aid projects, and collaborative consulting work from AIM vacation programmes.

I mentor first-year students as a part-time teaching assistant and volunteer with community education programmes, demonstrating leadership, communication, and adaptability. I am proficient in Python, R and Excel, and I am eager to contribute analytical and technical expertise in an entry-level actuarial or analytical role.
