What I'm looking for

I'm looking to deliver IT projects where I can partner closely with clients, define clear requirements, improve processes, and use my technical background to support successful delivery.

I'm an IT Project Manager at CRIF, leading projects from initiation through completion for clients.

I work with clients to define scope, requirements, and objectives, then monitor progress and provide regular updates. I also oversee documentation, project data analysis, and reporting.

Previously at ABB, I prepared technical documentation and articles while using Adonis to create process-optimization workflows. My earlier experience includes SAP bank-transfer management at Kingfisher and client communication at X-kom.

I've built a technical foundation through a Computer Science engineering degree and apply Jira, Scrum, Agile, PRINCE2, Kanban, Excel, JavaScript, and Confluence in project work.
