I am a results-driven professional with over 5 years of experience in agile project management, specifically as a Scrum Master. My journey has taken me through various organizations, where I have successfully managed complex software project deployments in onsite, remote, and hybrid environments. I am dedicated to implementing agile principles and values, ensuring that teams understand the software delivery life cycle while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
In my current role at Afoliba Group of Companies, I facilitate scrum ceremonies and work closely with the Release Train Engineer to launch the Agile Release Train (ART). My focus is on building high-performing teams by promoting self-management and open communication. I have a strong background in cloud infrastructures, particularly with AWS, GCP, and Salesforce, which allows me to support teams effectively in their project goals.
