At TAFE in Chennai, I manage end-to-end procurement for tractor new-product development and regular production, covering castings, forgings, machining, gears, and shafts. I source and qualify suppliers, run RFQs and techno-commercial negotiations, and keep materials available for trials, validation, and production.

Previously at Motherson Automotive Technologies & Engineering, I managed direct, indirect, CAPEX, and OPEX purchasing for automotive operations. I handled plastic resin, BOP, paints, packaging, MRO products, engineering services, consumables, and import shipment coordination.

I've delivered annual savings exceeding INR 7 Mn through strategic negotiations and VAVE initiatives. I also reduced indigenous plastic raw-material inventory from nine days to three days through optimized planning and schedule management.

I work closely with PPC, production, design, engineering, quality, finance, logistics, and suppliers to improve cost, inventory, delivery performance, and supplier terms.
